# 2019-2025 Ram 1500 Factory Maintenance Schedule

The factory maintenance schedule for the 2019-2025 Ram 1500 covering every service through 150,000 miles. Exactly what is due at each interval, and where severe-service conditions change it.

## 2019-2025 Ram 1500 maintenance schedule (High confidence)

### 10,000 miles / 12 months

- Change engine oil and filter (or sooner per oil-change indicator)
- Rotate tires
- Inspect brakes, battery, suspension, exhaust

### 20,000 miles / 24 months

- Replace cabin air filter
- Inspect front/rear axle fluid
- EcoDiesel: replace fuel filter

### 30,000 miles / 36 months

- Replace engine air filter
- 5.7L: replace 16 spark plugs (30k schedule)
- Inspect transfer case fluid (4x4)

### 60,000 miles / 72 months

- Change rear axle fluid if towing regularly
- Inspect drive belt
- Consider ATF service if towing heavily (sealed unit, dealer procedure)

### 100,000 miles / 120 months

- Replace 3.6L V6 spark plugs
- Replace drive belt if worn

### 150,000 miles / 120 months

- Replace engine coolant (OAT; then every 5 yr)

Note: Oil-change indicator shortens intervals automatically under towing/short-trip/dusty duty. 4,000-5,000 mi is normal for hard-worked trucks. eTorque adds no extra scheduled maintenance items.
