Check the table for your trim. ## 2015-2019 Hyundai Sonata factory tire sizes (Check your manual) | Trim / wheels | Tire size | Pressure (F/R) | Rating | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | SE (16-in) | 205/65R16 | 32 psi | N/A | | Sport, Limited (17-in) | 215/55R17 | 33 psi | N/A | | Sport 2.0T, Limited 2.0T (18-in) | 235/45R18 | 35 psi | N/A | | Limited 2.0T Ultimate/Sport option (19-in) | 235/40R19 | 35 psi | N/A | ## 2015-2019 Hyundai Sonata bolt pattern and lug nut torque | Spec | Value | | --- | --- | | Bolt pattern (PCD) | 5x114.3 | | Lug nut torque | 80 lb-ft | | Spare tire | Compact temporary spare on most trims | Tighten in a star pattern with a torque wrench, then re-check after roughly 50 miles. An impact gun routinely overshoots the figure above by 100 lb-ft or more, which warps rotors and stretches studs. ## Which Hyundai Sonata model years does this cover? It varies by trim and wheel size, 4 factory fitments exist, from 205/65R16 up. Check the placard on the driver's door jamb for the size your specific vehicle left the factory with. ### What is the bolt pattern on a 2015-2019 Hyundai Sonata? 5x114.3. That is the figure you need when shopping for aftermarket wheels; centre bore and offset still have to match separately. ### What should the tire pressure be on a 2015-2019 Hyundai Sonata? 32 PSI front and rear, measured cold. The number moulded into the tire sidewall is the tire's maximum, not the vehicle's recommendation. Do not inflate to it. ### What is the lug nut torque for a 2015-2019 Hyundai Sonata? 80 lb-ft, tightened in a star pattern with a torque wrench. Impact guns routinely overshoot this by 100 lb-ft or more, which warps rotors and stretches studs. ### Does the 2015-2019 Hyundai Sonata come with a spare tire? Compact temporary spare on most trims. ## Sources - [Wikipedia, Hyundai Sonata, seventh generation (LF) production/model-year details](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyundai_Sonata) - [Checkered Flag Hyundai, Sonata oil type/capacity by model year](https://www.checkeredflaghyundaiworld.com/blog/hyundai-sonata-oil-type/) - [Lionheart Tires, Hyundai Sonata factory tire sizes by generation](https://lionharttires.com/hyundai-sonata-tires/) - [YouTube, LF Sonata cabin air filter part number (97133-C...)](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Cpzsf9WLPbI) - [Filterbuy, Sonata cabin air filter location and hybrid part number](https://filterbuy.com/air-filters/cabin/by-vehicle/hyundai/sonata/) - [NHTSA, Hyundai consent order, Nov. 2020 (Theta II engine warranty extension)](https://www.nhtsa.gov/document/hyundaiconsentorder11272020) ## Other Hyundai Sonata generations - [2020-2025 Hyundai Sonata tire sizes](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2020-2025/tires) - [2011-2014 Hyundai Sonata tire sizes](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2011-2014/tires) Or [compare all generations](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/tires). ## More for the 2015-2019 Hyundai Sonata - [Oil & filter](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/oil) - [Battery](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/battery) - [Wiper blades](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/wipers) - [Air & cabin filters](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/filters) - [Bulbs](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/bulbs) - [Brakes](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/brakes) - [Fluids](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/fluids) - [Service schedule](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/service-schedule) - [Problems & reliability](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/common-problems) - [Oil light reset](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/oil-reset) - [Key fob battery](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/key-fob-battery) - [Specs](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/hyundai/sonata/2015-2019/specs) Specifications vary with engine option, production date, and market.
