Going up one inch usually clears, but it is not free: an oversized driver's blade can overlap the passenger blade at the top of the sweep, or run off the edge of the glass and chatter. The factory sizes are chosen to sweep the maximum area without contact. ### What wiper connector does a 2017-2022 Honda CR-V use? J-hook front connectors; sizes unchanged 2017-2022 including the 2020 facelift. Blade packaging lists the connector type. Match it or the adapter will not latch. ## Sources - [NOLN TechSpec, 2017 Honda CR-V (oil capacities: 3.7 qt 1.5T / 4.6 qt 2.4L)](https://www.noln.net/home/article/11498439/techspec-2017-honda-cr-v-2017-04-27) - [Honda News, 2017 CR-V press kit specifications (fuel tank, curb weight)](https://hondanews.com/en-US/honda-automobiles/releases/release-d636454c74ac4accb7a1f4dfc6c9bec4-2017-honda-cr-v-press-kit-specifications-features) - [Cars.com, Honda extends warranty on CR-V/Civic for 1.5T oil dilution (TSB 18-114 era)](https://www.cars.com/articles/honda-extends-warranty-on-cr-v-civic-for-1-5-liter-turbo-oil-issue-402938/) - [WardsAuto, Honda 1-year warranty extension to 6 yr/unlimited mi for oil dilution](https://www.wardsauto.com/news/archive-wards-honda-extends-warranty-to-address-1-5l-gas-oil-dilution-problem/793295/) - [ClassAction.org, parasitic draw class action, 2017-2019 CR-V](https://www.classaction.org/news/parasitic-draw-class-action-alleges-2017-2019-honda-cr-v-2016-2019-accord-models-suffer-from-battery-killing-defect) - [Go-Parts garage, 2017-2026 CR-V A/C: TSB A23-040 10-yr compressor shaft seal extension](https://www.go-parts.com/garage/a-c-condenser-honda-cr-v-2017-2026) - [Consumer Reports, Honda/Acura Denso fuel pump recall (2018-2020 CR-V)](https://www.consumerreports.org/cars/car-recalls-defects/acura-honda-cars-minivans-suvs-recalled-fuel-pump-failure-a6454026233/) - [TirePressure.org, 2017 Honda CR-V placard pressures](https://tirepressure.org/honda/cr-v/2017) - [TireSize.com, 2021 CR-V / CR-V Hybrid OE fitments](https://tiresize.com/tires/Honda/CR-V/2021/) - [College Hills Honda, 17220-5AA-A00 air filter (1.5T)](https://www.collegehillshonda.com/product/17220-5AA-A00.html) - [Honda OEM Parts Online, 17220-5PH-A00 air filter (2017-2019 CR-V 2.4L)](https://honda.oempartsonline.com/oem-parts/honda-engine-air-filter-172205pha00) - [fueleconomy.gov, 2020 CR-V / CR-V Hybrid EPA ratings](https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/bymodel/2020_Honda_CR-V.shtml) ## Other Honda CR-V generations - [2023-2025 Honda CR-V wiper blades](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2023-2025/wipers) - [2012-2016 Honda CR-V wiper blades](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2012-2016/wipers) Or [compare all generations](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/wipers). ## More for the 2017-2022 Honda CR-V - [Oil & filter](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/oil) - [Battery](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/battery) - [Tires & wheels](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/tires) - [Air & cabin filters](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/filters) - [Bulbs](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/bulbs) - [Brakes](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/brakes) - [Fluids](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/fluids) - [Service schedule](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/service-schedule) - [Problems & reliability](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/common-problems) - [Oil light reset](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/oil-reset) - [Key fob battery](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/key-fob-battery) - [Specs](https://whichcarparts.com/cars/honda/cr-v/2017-2022/specs) Specifications vary with engine option, production date, and market.
